I am a Data Analytics adjunct faculty member, learning analytics professional, and business intelligence consultant with experience spanning higher education, government, and enterprise environments. My work integrates analytics, teaching, curriculum design, and technology to support student success, workforce development, and data-informed decision-making.

I currently teach data analytics, databases, and data visualization courses at Lone Star College, where I focus on applied learning, critical thinking, workforce readiness, and hands-on technical skill development using SQL Server, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and Python. My instructional approach emphasizes real-world problem solving, active learning, and the practical application of analytics in business and organizational environments.

My professional background includes leadership and analytics roles in higher education, including work in institutional research, analytics, reporting, predictive analytics, dashboard development, and learning analytics. I previously served as Assistant Institutional Research Director at the University of Houston-Downtown, Director of Analytics and Decision Support at Houston Community College, and Senior Analyst within the Lone Star College System Office of Analytics and Institutional Reporting.

I am also founder and principal consultant of Llorance Data Science Consulting (LDSC), where I provide analytics consulting, faculty and staff training, dashboard development, and business intelligence solutions focused primarily on higher education and workforce analytics.

My industry experience includes enterprise consulting roles with Oracle Corporation and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), supporting enterprise business intelligence systems, SAP environments, technical leadership, user training, and data-driven decision support initiatives.n addition to teaching, I actively engage in:
